CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Workshops

Workshops are 1-2 hours of group instruction for a designated period of time. Emphasis is on technique and includes either choreography or improvisation, depending on the workshop.

Intensives

Intensives are group classes that are 90 minutes long. They focus heavily on technique and include either choreography or improvisation, depending on the class.

Group Classes

Classes are 45-60 minutes of group instruction depending on the class. Technique is given and choreography and/or improvisation is included, depending on the class.

Semi-Private Dance Lessons

For 2 people only. Students wishing to reserve a specific date and time on a regular basis must purchase and pay for in advance a “Semi-Private Lesson Class Card” with 4 classes on it. Cancellation Policy applies.

Private Dance Lessons

For 1 person only. Students wishing to reserve a specific date and time on a regular basis must purchase and pay for in advance a “Private Lesson Class Card” with 4 classes on it. Cancellation Policy applies.

Class Levels

Any student can take any level class; however the class will be maintained at its designated pace.

Studio Policies

Workshops

Workshops must be paid for in full on the first day of the workshop.
Workshop fees are non-refundable.
No make-up classes are offered unless instructor must cancel a class due to performance schedule.

Videotaping

Videotaping is not allowed inside the Studio at any time.

Audiotaping

Audiotaping is allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Students who reserve a private or semi-private lesson and are unable to attend the scheduled lesson must cancel 24-hours ahead of the scheduled lesson. If they are unable to cancel within 24-hours and the instructor can not fill that lesson spot, the student will be charged for the private lesson. If the instructor cancels a private or semi-private dance lesson without 24-hours notice to the student, the student’s next lesson will be free. It is highly recommended that cancellation be given both by telephone and email.

FEES

Registration Fee

New Students: $ 10 upon enrollment.

Current Students: $ 10 at the beginning of each calendar year.

Inactive Students: Students who have missed more than 3 months of classes will be considered Inactive. They are removed from the Active Student database and will not receive regular notices of class schedules. Inactive Students must re-enroll as a New Student.

Dance Classes

EXPIRATION: Group Class Cards expire on the last day of the month purchased; Private & Semi-Private Class Cards expire 5 weeks from date of purchase

Adult Group Class Cards - Tempe

$ 60 per month for 4 classes

$ 110 per month for 8 classes

$ 140 per month for 12 classes

$ 165 per month for 16 classes

Drop-In: $ 18

Adult Group Class Cards - Avondale

$ 60 per month; $ 18 drop-in

Children's Classes

Pre-Flamenco Class Cards: $ 40 for 4 30-minute classes (cards expire in 6-weeks)

FlamenKids Class Cards: $ 50 for 4 50-minute classes (cards expire in 6-weeks)

Private Classes

Private - Tempe Only: $ 45 per hour ($ 40 if buying a 4-class private lesson card)

Semi-Private - Tempe Only (2 people only): $ 50 per hour ($ 45 if buying a 4-class semi-private lesson card)

EXPIRATION: Private & Semi-Private Class Cards expire 5 weeks from date of purchase

Guitar Classes

Private Guitar Lessons: $ 45 per hour or $ 160 per month for 4 weekly 1-hour lessons
